As Market Manager, you will become a transformational force in the evolution of our market strategy as you take ownership of your territory which encompasses the Greater Chicago area as well as Minnesota and Wisconsin. Your challenge will be to optimize relationships with area dealers and ensure that market objectives and Retailer targets in volume, profitability and CSI are met or exceeded (in sales and aftersales). Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will work from a home-based office within the Greater Chicago area and provide oversight to one Aftersales Market Manager. In a nutshell, you will spend about 75% of your time out in the field with "touch" related activities as you work one-on-one with the dealers executing and reviewing market plans and sales strategies; and the remaining 25% in your home office working on corporate issues, such as market plans for individual markets and vehicles, allocation of cars etc. Specifically, your responsibilities are to:
